Named after the ancient medieval Kingdom of Aragon, this classic carving knife has an elegant tapered blade and an oiled beechwood handle. This knife is perfect for everything from chopping vegetables to carving a chicken to serving a slice of birthday cake. If you had to choose only one knife to have in your kitchen, this knife could do it all.

Carbon steel is stronger and sharper and holds an edge better than stainless steel, but it will rust if not properly dried after exposure to moisture. Please be sure to always clean and dry your knife well immediately after use.
