FAQ

How do you ship?

When you check out you will have the option to choose from either UPS or USPS. We try very hard to send every package out the next business day after we receive your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to write any special instructions on packages such as "please leave at back door". If you have special instructions for your mailman, please leave a sign on your door or speak to your delivery person directly. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries. Sometimes the shipping calculator can be inaccurate, if this is the case we will send you a paypal invoice for the remaining cost. All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient. No refunds or exchanges on international orders.

Can I have my wedding registry on your site?

If you have an account on our site, you can create a wish list which you can email as a link to your friends and family. We also suggest using a website such as myregistry.com which allows you to add items from lots of different stores. If you have any questions, please call us or send us an email and we can help you figure it out.

Do you sell wholesale?

We have our own line of products called Tourne. We are always working on new items, and we do sell in a few select stores worldwide. If you have a store, and are interested in receiving wholesale information, please send us an email at info(at)brookfarmgeneralstore.com.

Are you accepting resumes?

We are always looking for good people to join our team. Please send resumes to info@brookfarmgeneralstore.com

What is your privacy policy?

We never share any of your information with anyone. Any information we gather is only used to process your order and to communicate with you. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us (unused) within ten days of receiving it. We will refund the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items, vintage items, and personal items such as towels, hair and nail brushes.

Before returning items you must get approval via our contact page on our website. Please do not return packages without approval.

I am sending a present to someone, can you wrap it and include a note?

Sure! All you have to do is include a note to us in the comments section when you check out. Please tell us what you would like the card to say, as well as if you would prefer us not to include the invoice in the package.
